Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Brandcode10 LLC (“Brandcode10”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website and in the course of client work, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it so it can be read without a lawyer.

1. What we collect

  • What you send us. When you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address, and anything else you include, such as a company name, phone number, budget and the description of your project.
  • Project information. During an engagement: contact details of the people we work with on your side, and the content, data and system access you give us to do the work.
  • Website logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. We use these to keep the site running and secure.
  • Cookies. This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering a preference like your chosen colour theme. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics in future we will update this policy first and use a privacy-respecting, cookie-free service where possible.

We do not buy data about you and we do not collect more than we need for the purposes below.

2. What we use it for

  • To reply to you and to prepare a proposal.
  • To plan, deliver, invoice and support a project you have engaged us for.
  • To keep records we are required to keep, such as accounting records.
  • To keep the website and our systems secure and to investigate abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and you can stop it at any time by replying to the message or emailing us.

3. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that we use to run the business — hosting, email, file storage, project tools, accounting and payment processing. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
  • Subcontractors working on your project, if any, under the same confidentiality obligations we have to you. We tell you if we use them.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.
  • A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or merged, in which case this policy still applies to your information.

4. Where it is stored

We are based in the United States and our service providers may store information in the United States or other countries. If you are in a country with data-transfer rules, such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on our providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards for those transfers.

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects: up to two years, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back.
  • Project records and correspondence: for the life of the engagement and seven years afterwards, which is what accounting and legal rules require.
  • Website logs: ninety days.
  • Access credentials you give us for a project: deleted at handover, or sooner if you ask.

6. How we protect it

Information in transit to and from this site is encrypted. Access to project information is limited to the people working on your project. Client credentials are stored in a password manager, never in email or chat. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your information we will tell you without undue delay.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. We will respond within thirty days and will not charge for it. You also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.

8. Children

This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For a material change that affects a current client, we will email the client contact before it takes effect.
